I threw my leg over my bike and started for her. The streetlight out front was busted, causing the place to be darker than normal. There was just enough light that as I walked behind her, I could see her sexy little ass encased in those prissy jeans she always wore. Holy Freaking Lola Stark!!!
 So I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of Conflicted Love by Lola Stark and let me just tell you, she makes it better and better. I first got introduced to Miss Lola by a CM Stunich release party; with her first novel, Tattered Love. Instantly hooked. With Tattered Love, I was on an emotional roller coaster with Mace and Scarlett's love story. So when I found out She had a second book of the Needle's Kiss Series coming our way,  I got SUPER excited!!!! And it was about Teeny & Trip (swoon).
 In Conflicted Love, You are Following Teeny (Scarlett's Bestie) & Trip (Mace's Little Brother) who secretly both have an attraction for one another, but fought it off for years. Well one drunken night, caution is thrown to the wind and a one night stand happens. Only It changes everything.... Their Journey reminds me of My own with my soul-mate and it made me laugh and cry and scream (mainly at Teeny!) But I love these two.  I can relate to Teeny in so many ways it is crazy. I also enjoyed watching Trip grow into his character and become the man I saw in Tattered Love.  And ohmygod, The sex scenes are so amazing!!!! Steamy, Rough and just play enjoyable to read. It made me want to shower after just reading them!!!

I will leave you with my absolute favorite moment from the book.
   Ahh Shit, the nerved got the best of me and I started to ramble, "Is It Broken? Oh God, it's broken, isn't it? Fuck Me! You know, mom never could give me anything as a kid. Toys,I'd break 'em. New clothes. I'd mess 'em. Now, I fuck up my favorite part of my woman! Goddamn it! Tell me it'll be okay, Doc!" I rambled looking for assurance that my happy place was going to come out the other side okay.

I highly recommend going over to amazon or Nook or whatever e-reader you have to look up Lola Stark. She is a great author and a new favorite of mine. I want to thank her for the opportunity to read it before everyone else and can't wait for the rest of the world to fall in love with Teeny & Trip. It's a definite Add to your Goodreads TBR list...  It is Due out Dec. 27th!!!!

OMG Carter Reed!!!

There is a reason why this book is in the top 5 currently on Amazon.com. It a great book. I was not able to put it down once i opened it up in my kindle. It's in two different point of views. You have Emma which is in first person and then Carter is in third. It did confused me originally but once I caught on, I was in love. Most of Tijan's books I have read so seem to have that raw sexual edge to them and yes this one did in my perspective, but it was soo much more than just sex between the Two. You see the lengths of Carter's love for Emma he made for her all his life. You'll read about violence, love, turmoil, guilt and every other emotion that might be out there, but I definitely am not disappointed in Tijan at all. She once again has proven to be one of my favorite indie authors out there... And I don't see her leaving that list any time soon. I give my 5 stars rating and recommend you go buy it and make it number 1.

Who We Are!!!

So I just finished reading Who We Are by Shanora Williams and I am very happy with the end result of Gage and Eliza's story. She left him to only come back to him and then he messes up and breaks them apart for two years. Only to have them come back together and finally fight for each other. I loved seeing the softer side of Mr. Grendel. Just because you are a rocker bad boy, doesn't mean you can't be a teddy bear in your private life. I also enjoyed Ellie stand her ground with Gage when she makes him choose and then continue on with her life even though it was hard to let him go again.
I loved how she was starting to bring in Roy's background into the storyline as well. It is a great segway to the next book. Which I know is having all of us FireNine fan curious as to how Mr. Roy Sykes came to be the way he is. And the introduction of Kelsey as his love interest is another great add. As well as Deed with his girl and Montana's love issues over a girl. I think personally for me I would love to read Montana's last. Build the hype for his. But that's my opinion and I am not the author who telling their stories. So we shall see.
Now for my only downfalls on this book. While I did enjoy reading about penelope losing;(even tho I LOVE the name penelope for a baby name. :-p) I am I bit sad by how little was mentioned on how she tried to ruin them. It to me was a little rushed. But at the same time, I kinda see this as a possible book opportunity. Shanora, message me lol. Also, I love the idea of Monica and Frank. More Monica than Frank, but that's because she is a firecracker and I hope to read more about her in any of these books. Lastly, For me, I wish there was more Kristina involved. I kinda would of love to of read about those two years with Gage and his sister while he was sabotaging his relationship with Ellie for Penelope. So many book ideas with all these Characters. And even those I feel these were downfalls, I still LOVE this book and series. It's still a 5 star rating because what my creative brain thinks up as I'm reading it.

Colliding into her, we fell against the wall. My mouth came down on hers fiercely, and my fingers flexed around her ribs. I lifted her against me, and her shapely legs wrapped around my waist easily. Finders Keepers (Lost and Found #3)

My goodreads rating on this book was 5 stars! I love Nicole Williams. She got me hooked on this series with Lost and Found. Then Came Near and Far. And Finders Keepers rounds out the trilogy perfectly. In the first book you get to read about a misfit girl(Rowen Sterling) who has to convince her mom that she is capable of going to Art School in Seattle. She moves to Montana to work on her mom's friend's Ranch and meet young innocent loves life kind of cowboy(Jesse Walker). Instant connection and attraction. You watch them fall in love. Also in this book you meet Garth Black and Josie Gibson, Jesse's best friends. Their story comes later. As I read both Lost and Found, I always wanted to hear about Garth's story... The bruting  cowboy always down on himself and trying to cause drama at every turn. Well With Finders Keepers, I finally got that chance. And you read about him always being in love with Josie and watching their friendship blossom into the relationship and love that I felt he (as well as her) deserved it made me tear up. I breaks my heart to end this series, but I am so glad that I got to end it knowing that Garth received his happily ever after just as Jesse & Rowen did...  I definitely recommend you reading this series... It's a great love story for all those involved.

Crazy Beautiful Love

So I just finished reading Crazy Beautiful Love by J.S. Cooper and I really enjoyed reading it. You have Logan Martelli, oldest of three boys, who are the town outcasts, trying to keep his family afloat by boosting cars and selling them. That is until he meets Maddie Wright. She is the Mayor's daughter who has always had a thing for Logan and she tried to steal a cop car to get his attention. You follow Logan trying to fight his feelings for Maddie and keep his brothers out of trouble. It was a nice read to see someone from the "Wrong" side of town as well as the Rich side, fall for one another. My only disappointment was that there wasn't really much involvement of maddie's dad in it and that would of been my exciting to me if he entered the picture sooner... I still recommend this to you if you want to read a simple love story.  And I can't wait to read about Vincent and Jared's stories... Keep 'em coming Ms. Cooper.

Just Finished

Abbi Glines did it again! I love reading about Della finding herself from all the pain and misery she has seen in her past... With this book she has also added to my intrigue from Grant's story to come as well as Hoping to hear about Bethy and Tripp's story... Bravo Abbi!!! You manage to Hook me with Twisted Perfection, but this one has made me a Rosemary groupie for sure... Keep up the good work...

Being Released On Sept. 30th and I have to say I am impatiently waiting for this one as well. Tijan is an excellent writer and I have read almost all she has on Amazon and even what she has on livejournal and fictionpress. Her style is raw and edgy that just hooks you in. I haven't read any of the Unedited chapters on her Facebook page yet because I want to experience the book before I do So I can't really say I have an idea of what this book will be about exactly. I guess you can say I am blindly putting my faith in Tijan's writing that this book will be fantastic just like the others were... And I have no doubt that it won't disappoint. Super Excited

Needless to say with the title of this post that I am SUPER Excited for this novella to be hopefully released soon. I started with having My Misery Muse sample on my Kindle almost a year. (Yes I know, but with sooo many good author out there and not to mention to Freebie books I come across, it got lost.) Finally Got up to ready the tiny sample I was given, and couldn't stop reading. I love Brei's style and the back and forth point of views. Now you must read My Misery Muse and then continue with Faith... While you wait for the release of this installment. Oh and by the way, The Cover is hot as hell... I'm definitely a cover reader with this one...

I fell for Miss Williams books back with Hard to Resist maybe nine months ago and am not going to say I was regretting another rockstar romance storyline. Hell No, I was excited for this story. And she didn't disappoint. I felt every emotion Eliza went through as she tried to resist Gage. You will have her friendships with the band members, falling in love, and the heartbreak between Eliza & Gage... Shanora also brings intrigue with the other member such as "Deed" and his bruises. Or Roy and his shyness towards Eliza. I will say that I didn't see the ending happening the way that it did and it brought me to tears. I loved this book and am excited for the sequel. This is a definitely 5 star read and recommend it to you, she will not disappoint you in the slightest. FireNine member 100% and once you read this you will become hooked and be one too.

So I first want to say welcome to my page! I have been thinking about doing this for a while now. I am book worm through and through. Loved reading anything and everything since I was a little girl. Right now my favorites are romance books. Since my boyfriend gave me my kindle for mother's day last year I have become addicted to amazon.com and my ebook boyfriends...
